Warranty

Pret products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.  You must provide the original order number or customer name and proof of purchase. Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from the impact, misuse, abuse, accident negligence or normal wear and tear.

Goggles : Please provide a photo of the inside and outside of the goggle with a note describing the issue.

Helmets : Please provide a photo of the front and back of the helmet, a photo of the issue, and a photo showing the model and date of manufacture.
